We are currently working with a highly respected IP firm seeking a talented Electronics & Telecoms Patent Attorney to join their busy and dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates at finals standard or with up to 2 years PQE looking to further develop their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, prosecuting, and managing patent applications in electronics and telecoms

• Advising clients on patent strategy and freedom-to-operate issues

• Conducting patentability and validity searches

• Supporting senior attorneys with litigation and oppositions when required

• Maintaining high professional standards and meeting client deadlines

Requirements:

• Finals standard or up to 2 years PQE in electronics/telecoms patent work

• Strong technical knowledge in electronics, telecoms, electrical engineering, or related disciplines

• Excellent drafting and communication skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail
