Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, prosecuting, and managing patent applications in electronics

Advising clients on patent strategy and freedom-to-operate matters

Conducting patentability and validity searches

Supporting senior attorneys with oppositions and litigation when required

Maintaining high professional standards and meeting client deadlines
Requirements:

Part-qualified or up to 2 years PQE in electronics patent work

Strong technical knowledge in electronics or electrical engineering

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail
